Located in the small town of Selva of Fasano. The pool and rear terrace have simply amazing panoramic views over a gorgeous valley filled with olive and almond trees. The property is within close reach of the larger city of Fasano, and also Ostuni so provides easy access for supermarkets and restaurants. The beaches of the Adriatic coast lie just 15 minutes drive away..

Outside of the property there is a reasonably sized garden area with a lovely free-form swimming pool built into the natural rock. Coming up o the entrance to the trulli is a covered veranada for if you wish to escape the sun but remain outside, or to relax or eat.

Inside the property there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area, leading into the bedrooms. One of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms share another bathroom.

Please note: due to the location of the pool on a steep terrace it is advised not to leave small children unsupervised in the pool area.
